积分及数字服务购买协议Points & Digital Service Purchase Terms
本协议适用于通过 Norma AI 购买一次性积分包、数字订阅及相关 AI 创作服务。提交订单前，请同时阅读用户协议、隐私政策和退款政策。 These terms apply to one-time point packs, digital subscriptions, and related AI creation services purchased through Norma AI. Before ordering, also read the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. 服务提供方与合同范围1. Service provider and scope
Norma AI 由 Norma AI 创新工作室运营。本协议只涵盖 Norma AI 向用户直接提供的数字服务，不涵盖任何第三方商品、用户间交易、汇款、现金兑换或金融服务。 Norma AI is operated by Norma AI Innovation Studio. These terms cover only digital services delivered directly by Norma AI, not third-party goods, user-to-user transactions, remittance, cash exchange, or financial services.
2. 商品类型2. Product types
- 一次性积分包：支付一次后，将结账页所示积分记入购买账户，用于 Norma AI 的 AI 创作任务。One-time point pack: After a single payment, the points shown at checkout are credited to the purchasing account for Norma AI creation jobs.
- 数字订阅：在订阅周期内获得结账页所示的会员和积分权益。订阅是否自动续订、如何取消及何时到期，以购买平台显示为准。Digital subscription: Provides the membership and point entitlements shown at checkout for the subscription period. Renewal, cancellation, and expiry follow the purchasing platform.
- AI 创作任务：使用积分提交图像、视频或对话式生成任务，并在账户内接收数字结果。AI creation job: Uses points to submit image, video, or conversational generation jobs and receive digital results in the account.
3. 订单、价格与支付3. Orders, price, and payment
结账页展示的商品、权益数量、价格、币种、税费、续订信息和可用支付方式构成订单的主要信息。官网价格仅供参考。用户应在付款前核对订单；支付渠道确认成功前，订单不视为完成。 The product, entitlement quantity, price, currency, tax, renewal information, and available payment method shown at checkout form the main order details. Website prices are references only. Users must review the order before payment; the order is not complete until the payment provider confirms success.
特定支付方式是否可用取决于设备平台、账户地区和支付渠道状态。未在结账页展示的支付方式不构成可用承诺。 Availability of a payment method depends on device platform, account region, and provider status. A method not shown at checkout is not promised as available.
4. 数字交付4. Digital delivery
支付渠道确认订单后，积分或订阅状态记入购买时登录的 Norma AI 账户，即完成相应数字权益交付。用户有责任在支付前确认登录账户正确，并妥善保护账户凭据。 After the payment provider confirms the order, the points or subscription status are credited to the Norma AI account signed in at purchase, completing delivery of the digital entitlement. Users are responsible for confirming the correct account before payment and protecting account credentials.
如果支付已成功但权益未到账，请不要重复购买，并携带订单号联系支持。 If payment succeeded but the entitlement is not credited, do not purchase again; contact support with the order ID.
5. 积分用途和限制5. Point use and limitations
积分仅作为 Norma AI 内部 AI 服务用量单位。积分绑定账户，不可转让、赠与、出售、交易、提现或兑换法定货币，不能用于用户之间付款，也不能购买第三方商品、服务、虚拟资产或金融产品。积分不产生利息、投资回报或对 Norma AI 的所有权。 Points are solely units of usage for Norma AI services. They are tied to the account and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, traded, withdrawn, or converted to fiat currency; used for user-to-user payment; or used to buy third-party goods, services, virtual assets, or financial products. Points do not earn interest, investment returns, or ownership in Norma AI.
6. 服务用量与生成结果6. Service usage and generated results
任务用量由任务类型、模型、分辨率、视频时长或实际文本模型用量等因素决定，适用任务发生时有效的计价规则。AI 生成具有概率性；在服务按所选规格完成的情况下，不保证结果完全符合用户的主观预期。 Job usage depends on factors such as job type, model, resolution, video duration, or actual text-model usage, using the pricing rule in effect when the job occurs. AI generation is probabilistic; when the service completes at the selected specification, results are not guaranteed to meet every subjective expectation.
任务可能先预扣积分。未开始、成功取消或失败且未产生成本的任务，可以按系统记录返还预扣；已产生成本的任务可能结算。详细说明见 A job may reserve points first. Reserved points may be returned when the job did not start, was successfully canceled, or failed without cost; a job that incurred cost may be settled. See the 服务交付与积分说明Service Delivery & Points Notice。.
7. 退款与权益撤销7. Refunds and entitlement removal
退款资格和流程适用购买渠道规则、适用法律及 Norma AI 的 Refund eligibility and process follow the purchasing platform, applicable law, and the Norma AI 退款政策Refund Policy。退款完成后，对应订单的积分或订阅权益将被撤销。若相关权益已经使用，退款通常不可用，法律或支付平台另有强制规定的除外。. After a refund, points or subscription entitlements from the order are removed. A refund is generally unavailable after the entitlement is used, except where law or mandatory platform rules provide otherwise.
8. 合法使用8. Lawful use
用户只能上传其有权使用的内容，并须遵守用户协议、隐私政策和 Users may upload only content they are authorized to use and must comply with the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and 可接受使用政策Acceptable Use Policy。违规使用可能导致任务拒绝、内容处理或账户限制。. Prohibited use may lead to job refusal, content action, or account restriction.
